En tant que Gestionnaire de Comptes, je ne suis pas celle qui traduit les documents, voil\u00e0 pourquoi il est tr\u00e8s important d\u2019obtenir, de la part du client, le plus d\u2019informations possibles concernant le document, le format, le style de la traduction, la langue cible, etc. Il est tr\u00e8s commun chez un client de demander une traduction en espagnol ; cependant l\u2019espagnol poss\u00e8de de nombreux dialectes : espagnol d\u2019Espagne, espagnol d\u2019Am\u00e9rique Latine, espagnol US, espagnol du Mexique, etc. Il est donc crucial de d\u00e9terminer o\u00f9 cette traduction sera pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, afin de fournir au client une traduction de tr\u00e8s bonne qualit\u00e9, le Gestionnaire de Comptes doit \u00eatre capable d\u2019\u00e9couter le client et de communiquer avec lui, afin que les caract\u00e9ristiques du projet de traduction soient comprises et fournies correctement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe de production, compos\u00e9e du Responsable de Projet, du Traducteur, de l\u2019\u00c9diteur, du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trustedtranslations.com\/fr\/blog\/2012\/06\/08\/conseils-pour-une-relecture-efficace\">Relecteur<\/a>, du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trustedtranslations.com\/fr\/blog\/2012\/04\/26\/le-design-graphique-a-lepreuve-de-la-traduction\">Designer<\/a> et dans certains cas, d\u2019un repr\u00e9sentant du service informatique.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que l\u2019analyse du projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9e par le Responsable de Projet, le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trustedtranslations.com\/fr\/blog\/2012\/06\/22\/etre-persistent-donne-toujours-des-resultats\">Gestionnaire de Comptes<\/a> fourni un devis d\u00e9taill\u00e9 au client. Le devis doit \u00eatre bas\u00e9 sur l\u2019un des points suivants : Qualit\u00e9, Temps ou Co\u00fbt. Le devis final d\u00e9coulera de la fa\u00e7on avec laquelle le Gestionnaire de Comptes aura \u00e9t\u00e9 capable d\u2019\u00e9valuer les besoins du client.<\/p>\n<p>En plus du fait de livrer la traduction \u00e0 temps, le Gestionnaire de Comptes doit fournir au client une facture d\u00e9taill\u00e9e, et un re\u00e7u dans le cas o\u00f9 le service aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 pay\u00e9 par carte de cr\u00e9dit.
