About This Messaging Program
Text messages (SMS) sent through this program are sent by Trusted Translations, Inc. These messages are used exclusively for coordination of active projects with our clients, translators, interpreters, and collaborators (for example: task confirmations, project status updates, deadline reminders, and other operational communication related to an ongoing project).
These messages are not promotional or marketing in nature.
How Participants Are Invited
A client, translator, interpreter, or Project collaborator may call Trusted Translations at +1 (877) 255-0717 to discuss an active translation or interpretation project. During the telephone conversation, a Trusted Translations representative may invite the caller to participate in optional SMS communications for project coordination.
The representative explains that SMS messages will be sent from +1 786-461-1475 and may include project status updates, scheduling information, deadline reminders, requests for clarification, and other operational communications related to an active project.
The representative uses the following script:
“Trusted Translations offers optional SMS communications for coordination of your active translation or interpretation project. If you would like to participate, please text START to +1 786-461-1475 from the mobile phone on which you want to receive messages. SMS messages will be sent from that number. Message frequency varies depending on project activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP at any time to opt out. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The telephone conversation does not enroll the caller in the SMS program. The caller personally provides consent by texting START to +1 786-461-1475. A Trusted Translations representative cannot subscribe or provide consent on the caller’s behalf.
How to Subscribe
After hearing the invitation from a Trusted Translations representative or reviewing the information on this page, the user may voluntarily subscribe by personally texting the word START to:

By texting START, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Trusted Translations related to translation and interpretation project coordination at the mobile number from which you sent the message.
The SMS subscription applies only to the mobile number that sends START. A Trusted Translations representative cannot subscribe or provide consent on your behalf.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on project activity. You may receive several messages during weeks with high activity, and none during periods with no active projects.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your plan with your mobile carrier. Trusted Translations does not charge for sending or receiving these messages.

How to Opt Out
You may cancel your SMS subscription at any time by texting STOP to +1 786-461-1475.
Reply STOP to opt out.
After texting STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages from +1 786-461-1475 unless you personally text START again to re-subscribe.
Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
Agreeing to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Trusted Translations. You may use our services without subscribing to this text messaging program.
Privacy and Use of Information
